Amelie serves every home, every skin tone, and every undertone, without exception. This policy applies to how we hire, train, and assign artists, and to how we treat every customer who books a session.

No customer is ever declined, deprioritized, or treated differently because of skin tone, religion, caste, disability, body size, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Our product casting deliberately over-represents deeper skin tones, because that's where the market has historically underserved women.

Every artist is trained to match undertone and skin tone accurately across the full range we serve, not just the shades that are easiest to stock. Safety works both ways: every artist carries an SOS option during a session, and so does every customer.
